University PondThe Graduate School of Banking at Colorado is structured on a three-year basis, with attendance on campus required for two weeks each year.

Candidates for admission must have a minimum of three years banking or closely related financial industry experience, a baccalaureate degree of compensating experience, and a recommendation from the candidate's supervisor. GSBC is designed for employees of taxable, FDIC-insured financial institutions, holding companies, or regulatory institutions where the applicant is a full-time employee.

Candidates may qualify to be admitted as a Second Year Direct student if you meet one of the following requirements:*

  1. A Graduate Degree, such as an MBA, JD, or MS Finance.
  2. Professional Certification such as a CPA, CFP, or CFA.
  3. A Bachelor's Degree plus a diploma from one of several approved banking schools.

*transcripts of your graduate degree, a copy of your diploma, and/or a copy of the professional certification must be provided.
