The 2006 Tuition of $3,075 includes a double room, if you prefer a private room an additional $400 fee will be imposed. GSBC is responsible for guest rooms only, and will be directly billed from the respective hotel. The hotel asks that you leave a credit card for any incidentals incurred during your stay and have you sign a damage waiver.

Early Check-ins

Early check-ins (defined at arriving earlier than Sunday, July 16 and late check-outs (defined as departing later than Friday, July 28), will require an additional fee imposed by the Hotel. All additional fees may be paid directly to the Hotel by you, and are based on availability.

Previously Made Reservations

If you have already made reservations at a hotel for the 2006 session but would like GSBC to pay the invoice, please indicate what your reservation number and any special instructions you made with that reservation.


Check-In Information (non CBE students)

Check-in is on Sunday, July 16 and will be located in the various hotels. Your room key will be assigned to you from the respective hotel front desk. The notebooks, parking passes, polo shirts and meal cards will be available in a designated area at the hotel. The front desk will direct you. GSBC welcomes all students to the “Opening Barbeque” which will begin at 3:30 p.m. at Duane Field located on main campus. There will be campus tours given every 20 minutes to help familiarize you with the campus and where your classrooms are located. Buses will be available at your hotel beginning at 2:45 p.m. to take you to the barbecue.

Check-In Information (CBE students)

Check-in is on Sunday, July 23 the location is still being determined. You will receive specific information in June.

Hotel Information

Our goal is to house students in each class in the same hotel to the extent possible. The four hotels are the Boulder Broker Inn (across from Williams Village), Boulder Inn - Best Western and Boulder Outlook (on 28th St. across from campus), and the Millennium (on 28th St. one block from campus near the Safeway). Third year students will be housed in the Broker Inn and Best Western, which are nearest to Williams Village where the Bank Management Simulation classes are held. Second year students will be housed in the Boulder Outlook and first year students will be housed in the Millennium. Transportation will be provided by CU’s Buff Bus, and will transport you to and from classes and your respective hotel.

Parking

Parking is available at the various hotels and parking passes are available for on-campus parking. Parking permits will be sold at check-in for those who wish to park near classrooms for a cost of $10 (one-week) or $20 (two-weeks).

The Boulder Super Shuttle is an inexpensive way to travel from DIA to Boulder. Check-in at the ticket counter (Level 5, near baggage claim). The counter agents will take care of you from there. Shuttles depart every hour at 10 minutes past the hour - 6:10 a.m. through 12:10 a.m., 7 days a week – frequent departures on the half hour during the busy afternoon and evening hours. Loading at DOOR 504 LANE 5 – TERMINAL WEST.

Meals

GSBC will provide several meals, including the opening barbecue on July 16, buffets before evening speakers on the 17th and 24th, and a box lunch on the 27th. A full breakfast will be provided at your assigned hotel. We will provide a meal plan to each student for lunch and dinner in the form of a Visa card with a set credit amount.
